Route 23 will be down to one lane next Monday and Tuesday

Next Monday and Tuesday (Nov. 1st and 2nd), PennDOT will close one lane of Route 23 between Route 252 and White Horse Road. The lane will be closed from 9am to 3pm while PennDOT installs raised pavement markers.
