Phoenixville has a cure for all of you who are looking for something to do on the weekend. At least for the next three weeks. No less that four pretty big events dot the calendar in that time period. It all starts on Friday night with the May First Friday festivities. If the weather reports are correct this could be the first one with decent weather in quite awhile. Unfortunately I do not have any details but I would imagine it'll have quite a turnout as people will be enjoying what should be a beautiful spring evening. The next event will be held the very next day. The first annual 'Springtime in Paris' fair will be held on Saturday, May 5th. The fair gets its name from the rumor that steel made in Phoenixville was used in the construction of the Eiffel Tower. The fair was organized by Paul Oliver, owner of Wolfgang Books , and Richard Holck Sr, owner of Artisans Gallery & Cafe.
