Michael Klein, blogger for Philly.com, initially reported that Majolica was closing its doors a couple of weeks ago, is back today with a post indicating they will be reopening on March 18th.

Reopening is scheduled for March 18.
“The changes we are rolling out are a direct response to these economic times,” said Deery, the chef, in a statement, “but we’re excited about making the Majolica experience available for anyone.” Johnson wants the restaurant to be a frequent visit, not devoted to the special-occasion crowd.

And keep patronizing our other great restaurants and shops. We can make Phoenixville a destination town. We've got lots of wonderful venues: food, shops, theater, and music. Get the word out by telling friends and inviting them to come with the next time you're heading out for a meal or movie or shopping trip.
It's up to us to promote our town and our business owners. And if you have a bad experience, speak to the business where it happened and get it sorted out. Don't jump online and start complaining.
