Halloween Parade planned for Tuesday, October 16th

On Tuesday, October 16th, the Phoenixville Recreation Department will be holding their annual Halloween Parade through downtown Phoenixville. The parade is scheduled to begin at 7pm and will start at Borough Hall on Church Street and end in the parking lot of Family Dollar on Bridge.

not 100% sure but based on the start and end points I would imagine that it will make its way down bridge st.
