Rumor: New Mexican Restaurant Coming to former Irish Joe's Location

Received a tip that Irish Joe's old location, 180 Bridge Street, is set to become a Mexican restaurant. It is unrelated to the restaurant going in at 101 Bridge. More info as I get it. Thanks to Douglas for the heads up.
