Raven Hill Playing Chaplin's On October 28th

Local bluegrass band Raven Hill is playing at Chaplin's Music Cafe, 66 N. Main St. in Spring City on Friday Oct. 28th at 8pm. From the Raven Hill website:
Raven Hill is a traditional bluegrass band with roots in the rolling hills of southeastern Pennsylvania. Named after a place in Charlestown Twp. where a local jam brought several pickers together, the group eventually moved down the township line to the French Creek area of Pikeland. The band began playing out in early 2001 at regional public events with a simple goal - - to have fun playing the family-friendly bluegrass country music we enjoy so much

Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door and can be bought now at chaplinsmusiccafe.com.

It appears they are having a private opening tonight. If anyone here attended tonight or plans to attend over the next couple of days, please write in with your thoughts on Phoenixville's newest restaurant. Editor Note 6/25: This has been confirmed by a couple of the commenters.
