Kiwanis Holiday Parade To Be Held During December First Friday

The 2009 Kiwanis Holiday Parade will be held during December's First Friday, December 4th. The parade begins at 7pm at the intersection of Bridge and Starr Streets, ending at the Family Dollar. Santa's arrival will be led by marching bands, decorated fire trucks, floats and some of Santa's favorite characters.

I don't go to holiday parades. I will not spend any money downtown that night. Now if it was a Christmas parade I would go.Can we all please stop this BS

If you would go if you were a christmas parade, I must assume that your a Christian. Maybe just not Christian enough to open our hearts to all as Christ did!!!

They call it a "holiday parade", but have Santa Clause. Just call it a "Christmas parade".

Bummer, looks like I will miss it this year. It's a shame because it is neat to see all the fire trucks decorated.
