Lindsay Ouellette is a yoga instructor and dance artist in Philadelphia, PA. She discovered yoga while living in her hometown in Connecticut. After several years of practice she completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Lindsay likes to integrate the Kripalu philosophy of the mind, body, and spirit connection within her practice to create an overall improved well-being. She teaches in Philadelphia where she now resides. Lindsay also received her BFA in Modern Dance Performance from University of the Arts
