Majolica Adds Additional Demo Days

In early September, Majolica's Chef Andrew Deery began hosting demo days in which he shares his knowledge, techniques and favorite recipes. Due to success of the first two demos, he has added additional dates for the remaining classes. New dates are listed below:

11/24/09: FISH

12/22/09: SAUCES

01/19/10: HORS D'OEUVRES

02/23/10: CHICKEN

03/23/10: FRESH PASTA

Stocks Demonstration Tasting Menu
- Lobster Stew (a rich combination of cream and reduced lobster stock)
- Bay Scented Scallop, Puy Lentils, Veal Stock (white fish and veal)
- Chicken Consomme. Truffled Alphabet Pasta (clarification)
- Porcini-dusted Lamb Rack. Herbed spaetzle. Lamb Jus (yeah, LAMB!)
- Mascarpone Sorbet, Brulee Figs, Aged Balsamic (not much to do with stocks, but a great finish to the meal!)

Ditto the above comments. These demos have been a great introduction to Majolica for me and I'm happy to continue on with the newly opened sessions.
