"It's About Time" to Dance the Night Away
The Phoenixville Area Time Bank will hold its 3rd Annual "It's About Time" Dance and Silent Auction on Saturday, October 11 from 7 to 11 p.m. This year's event will be at the newly opened South Main Street Cafe, 119 S Main (and Hall) St, in the heart of downtown Phoenixville.
Chico Huff and Friends, a trio of internationally acclaimed musicians, will offer the evening's entertainment. BYOB, food, and soft drinks will be provided.
The annual silent auction will offer a variety of desirable items, including donations and gift certificates from area stores and restaurants, fine artwork, and handmade crafts.
Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. For ticket purchase information or silent auction donations, call 610-608-9281 or email timedollar@verizon.net.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Phoenix ville Area Time Bank, a local non-profit 501(c)(3) group that builds community through members sharing their skills and services in exchange for Time Dollars. Each Time Dollar represents an hour of service. Typical services include: rides to the airport, gardening, pet care, handyman services, food exchanges, and computer help.
