Join other residents for a “pay-as-you-go” one-hour class ($5 per person per class).
Presented by White Eagle Martial Arts

Two sessions to choose from:
Saturdays 9:00 AM (Sept. 6 - Oct 25)
or Wednesdays 6:30pm (Sept 10 – Oct 29)
* new students will be accepted through Sept. 24th
Location: Reeves Park – Starr Street side between 2nd and 3rd
Rain location: St. John’s UCC – 315 Gay Street
Wear comfortable clothes.

Although Tai Chi is a martial art, it is not very physically demanding. If you can walk and lift your arms to shoulder-level, you can do it. More than anything else, it's about the breathing - and a lot of deep breaths can be a great stress-buster.
