Iam sorry , but i gots to laugh. This post is an inside joke ,, right?I HOPE SO.
I hope it's a joke too. This guy only needs help keeping his breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements straight. Just look at his blog and you'll see how he spends his days. And we pay him for this?
Don't you guys get that his blog is a joke. It's meant to be as ridiculous as some of the blogs in this town. Jim's blog is one of the only good reads. Most of the others are meant to inflame peoples views and fan their distrust. As far as needing an assistant, maybe he does. Why don't one of you folks go down to Barry's office and spend a day or 2 with him and see if an assistant would be helpful. The guy has helped (key word helped) transform our downtown into a unique town with plenty of things to see, do, and buy. I don't like everything Barry does and often disagree with him but the guy gets a lot of funding secured to acquire our lamps, benches, trees, brick sidewalks, trash/recycle bins, flowers, entertainment, fountain, etc. I guess you don't see that? Please, someone tell me some things that he has done to earn your distrust (facts only, no false information)? What I don't get is that some of you people don't trust Barry and I can't see what he has done to earn this distrust? I believe as our downtown goes the rest of our town goes. If you were here years ago the downtown was run down and unsafe and the rest of the town reflected that. Now our town is thriving and moving up and that is also reflected in the rest of the town. I think we should be supporting our downtown efforts and be involved in making it better. That is the best way to effect what direction our towns progresses. Not by complaining about everything that gets done. Jeesh!
Yea right.
Hey great comeback (yeah right). You obviously did your homework. Anything else you would like to add? I mean, the amount of time you must have put into that answer is incredible - I'm serious. So witty and yet charming at the same time. Have another drink!
Hey, I've been drinking and I have some light bulbs you can all help each other screw in - aaaaahhhhaaahhaaahhahahaaahahaah!
More light bulbs please!
I love Brittany!
How about those of you are complaining spend some of your own time making this town better? If you aren't doing that then you have no basis for complaining.
If it weren't for the revitalization that has occurred in Phxville's downtown I wouldn't have moved here (and there are many others who would say the same). While Barry isn't the only person behind the revitalization, he is a big reason for it.
Hey Solo, I like that you're up early in the morning with a clear head. Thats all anyone does on this blog site and others - complain, complain, and probably complain to others. So f..... boring. How about some good positive solutions to go along with all of these complaints. Actions speak so much louder than words. Ahhhh, so many words and so little action.
