Demo Days at Majolica

Starting Tuesday, September 15th, Majolica's Chef Andrew Deery will be hosting demo days in which he shares his knowledge, techniques and favorite recipes. Classes are limited to 15 students and each includes instruction and a post demo tasting. The classes/dates are below:

09/15/09: KNIFE SHARPENING

10/13/09: STOCKS

11/10/09: FISH

12/08/09: SAUCES

01/05/10: HORS D'OEUVRES

02/09/10: CHICKEN

03/09/10: FRESH PASTA

101 Bridge to Open Tomorrow

Received a phone call from my sister (who happens to be moving into Phoenixville on Saturday) who said there is a sign in front of the new 101 Bridge Restaurant saying that it will be opening tomorrow(6/25). It appears they are having a private opening tonight. If anyone here attended tonight or plans to attend over the next couple of days, please write in with your thoughts on Phoenixville's newest restaurant.
