PHILADELPHIA (October 2011) – GlaxoSmithKline , one of the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, has announced that the Phoenixville Healthcare Access Foundation is one of its GlaxoSmithKline 15th Annual IMPACT Award recipients in the Philadelphia area. The Chester County nonprofit will receive $40,000 for having a significant impact on its community by providing access to proactive and effective healthcare services.
