Local Business Spotlight: SugarCrazed Cakery

SugarCrazed Cakery, owned by Kristy Chmelewski, started in 2010, at the end of a long, *SUGAR-CRAZED* pregnancy. Intrigued by cake design, Kristy was tempted to give it a try. Her first cake was completed for a friend's daughter's birthday party - the Hannah Montana cake. Realizing she may have a bit of a talent for cake design, Kristy enrolled in a few courses and started offering to bake for friends and family.

All cakes are made from scratch. You can choose from a range of cake and icing flavors, and all fondant is handmade and hand-colored. We never use rolled or premade fondant, and everything is created fresh. Cakes are never frozen - everything is made upon order placement.

Currently a bake-at-home business, Kristy lives in Phoenixville and will deliver to any of the surrounding areas. For more information, please email her at kristy@sugarcrazed.com, or visit her site at sugarcrazed.com or on Facebook. When you have your dream cake in mind, Kristy wants to help you make it a reality!
