Plus that area is developing nicely with the Philadelphia Outlets up the road a bit and the new town center across from the big pharma companies. But I agree with Mike..... i can't see it coming through.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29962318.post-14910911539104734102008-03-13T11:14:00.000-04:002008-03-13T11:14:00.000-04:00I remember years ago Jack Jeffers writing an artic...I remember years ago Jack Jeffers writing an article about Karen Johns working with a semi-pro baseball league and building a field to host a team. I think it was on that Black Rock parcel off 113. Of course it would be great for so many reasons (something to do, commercial growth, tourism, etc), but I can never see that happening. West Chester, maybe. But that's a stretch in itself. What land in Phoenixville can provide enough room for a stadium and parking, and have access to major roads? This is an awesome idea. Reading really embraces the R-Phils and are wildly popular. But I just can't see Phoenixville becoming a home for a minor league team.Mike2131https://www.blogger.com/profile/14692730039623414423noreply@blogger.com
