It is actually a bacteria that eats the larvae of mosquitoes. The Commonwealth has a webpage that reports the testing and results in all of the counties. <br />http://www.westnile.state.pa.us/surv.htm#Chester<br /><br />The good news: it was a mosquito sample that tested positive, as opposed to a dead bird or a veterinary report. <br /><br />There is also research that indicates that most humans have already experienced a low-grade infection of West Nile Virus, and already have immunity to the disease. The symptoms are similar to the flu--aches, pains, low-grade fever. I wonder if there are plans to spray more of the Borough since the area identified in the article is pretty small.
