I have been a trainer for this company for about a year as well as a client for the year before. I have enjoyed it very much and have made some great connections in the meantime. Not only does this beat the gym, but it is proven to be a great workout. Stop going to the gym, let me take that back, stop paying for the gym and never going or not seeing changes in your body.
